The legal agreements, restrictions, and rules for utilizing our software, APIs, and engineering services.

1. Binding Agreement

By accessing our website at zivaansolutions.com or deploying our software packages, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using our site and APIs.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly outlined in a custom Software Development Agreement (SDA), Zivaan Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights and materials contained in our proprietary SaaS products, website, and codebase.

3. Service Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

  • Reverse Engineering: Decompiling or reverse-engineering any compiled SaaS binaries.
  • Reselling: Sublicensing or commercializing our API keys without a reseller agreement.
  • Abuse: Engaging in excessive automated scraping, DDoS testing without permission, or other damaging activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zivaan Solutions Pvt. Ltd., nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Website or APIs. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of server downtime or third-party breaches.

5. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any corporate disputes.
